BioEmu2 (biomolecular emulator) is a ~500M-parameter all-atom diffusion foundation model from Microsoft Research AI for Science that predicts folded structures, samples equilibrium conformational ensembles, and propagates structures forward in time for systems of proteins, nucleic acids, ligands and other chemical components.
