ColabDesign is a protein-design toolkit that bundles JAX implementations of AlphaFold-based design (AfDesign), ProteinMPNN, TrDesign, and (WIP) RfDiffusion behind a unified Python factory interface (mk_af_model / mk_mpnn_model / mk_tr_model). It supports fixed-backbone sequence design, de-novo hallucination, binder hallucination/redesign, partial (motif) hallucination, and inverse-folding sampling/scoring with ProteinMPNN.
