ThermoMPNN is a graph neural network trained via transfer learning on ProteinMPNN structure embeddings to predict changes in thermodynamic stability (ddG) for protein point mutants. It performs site-saturation mutagenesis to score all possible single-amino-acid substitutions at every position in a protein chain.
