ScanNet (Spatio-Chemical Arrangement of Neighbors Network) is an interpretable geometric deep-learning model that predicts protein binding sites (protein-protein, B-cell epitopes, disordered-partner) and produces residue-level spatio-chemical filter activities directly from PDB structures.
