RhoDesign is a structure-to-sequence model for RNA design. It combines Geometric Vector Perceptron (GVP) encoding of the 3D backbone with a Transformer encoder-decoder to generate RNA sequences compatible with a given tertiary (PDB) structure, optionally conditioned on secondary structure (contact map).
