PottsMPNN is a ProteinMPNN-derived graph neural network that learns an explicit Potts energy function (single-residue + residue-pair terms) from a protein backbone, enabling structure-conditioned sequence design, Potts-energy sequence optimization, and mutational ddG/binding-energy prediction.
