PocketGen is a generative deep-learning model that designs the full-atom structure and sequence of a protein binding pocket conditioned on a target ligand pose. Given a protein scaffold and a ligand (SDF) placed in its intended binding site, PocketGen predicts the residues (identities and sidechain coordinates) that make up the pocket so the protein can bind the ligand with high affinity.
