PLAbDab is a self-updating repository containing over 150,000 paired antibody sequences and 3D structural models extracted from patents and academic literature. Exposes a Python API (class PLAbDab) with methods for sequence-, structure-, combined sequence-plus-structure, and keyword/column search over the database.
