A sequence-only machine-learning webserver that predicts the polyreactivity (non-specific binding) of camelid single-domain antibody fragments (nanobodies / VHH) from their IMGT-defined CDR1+CDR2+CDR3 sequences, and exhaustively scores every single and double CDR mutant of one nanobody to rank polyreactivity-reducing substitutions.
