ImmunoSeq is an interpretable, alignment-free k-mer method for antibody immunogenicity (anti-drug-antibody risk) prediction and sequence optimization: it scores every 8-12-mer peptide of a VH/VL sequence against a positive library (human proteome + OAS paired human antibodies) and a negative library (OAS paired mouse antibodies), producing a normalized hit rate plus residue-level immunogenic hotspots.
