Fast, gene-specific joint humanisation of antibody heavy and light chains. Humatch uses three CNN classifiers (heavy, light, paired) plus germline-likeness lookup arrays to (1) classify a VH/VL pair's humanness and predicted V-genes, (2) iteratively suggest residue mutations that humanise non-human antibodies while keeping CDRs/specified positions fixed, and (3) align/IMGT-number sequences via ANARCI for downstream processing.
