FlashABB predicts paired-antibody (VH/VL) 3D structures from sequence faster than protein language models can produce sequence embeddings, and ships two downstream heads built on it: FlashTAP (four TAP developability scores + flag probabilities) and FlashABB-SSS (per-residue structure-aware embeddings).
