DrugFlow is a structure-based de novo drug design model that integrates continuous flow matching with discrete Markov bridges to generate 3D protein-ligand complexes from a protein pocket and a reference ligand. It provides uncertainty estimation, preference alignment for sampling toward desirable property regions, and an extension (FlexFlow) that jointly samples molecules and protein side-chain angles.
