DeepRank-Ab is a geometric-deep-learning scoring function that ranks antibody-antigen docking models by predicting DockQ scores from atom-level graphs of merged antibody (heavy + optional light) and antigen chains, enriched with ESM2 (esm2_t33_650M_UR50D) embeddings and ANARCI-derived CDR annotations.
