CodonFM (Encodon) is a suite of transformer foundation models trained with masked language modeling directly on codon sequences (coding DNA/RNA) to learn contextual codon representations for variant-effect interpretation, sequence fitness scoring, embedding extraction, and codon-aware downstream tasks.
