Thin-client wrapper for the Boltz-2.1 hosted prediction API. Given a set of biomolecular entities (protein / RNA / DNA / ligand) it predicts the 3D structure of the complex and, optionally, the binding affinity of a ligand to a protein target. Inference runs entirely on the remote Boltz commercial API (api.boltz.bio); the local container is a thin client that submits an async job and polls until completion.
