A learnable protein structure encoder that jointly encodes atom graphs and molecular surfaces for protein structure representation learning. Produces per-vertex (surface) and per-node (atom/residue) embeddings that are used as features for downstream tasks (MaSIF-site, MaSIF-ligand, PSR, MSP, PIP, LBA, ABAG).
