AntiDIF (Antibody-specific Discrete Diffusion for Inverse Folding) generates antibody amino-acid sequences from a backbone antibody PDB structure using a discrete diffusion model fine-tuned on top of RL-DIF. Improves diversity between sampled sequences while preserving high sequence-recovery rates.
