AMPLIFY is an efficient transformer protein language model trained with masked-language modeling on the UR100P dataset, designed to be orders of magnitude cheaper to train and deploy than ESM-2-class baselines while achieving best-in-class fitness-landscape coverage. Released in 120M and 350M parameter variants, with Stage-1 (512-token context) and Stage-2 (2048-token context) checkpoints.
