AlphaFlow is AlphaFold2 fine-tuned with a flow-matching objective to generate ensembles of protein conformations (experimental PDB ensembles or MD trajectories at 300K). The repo also ships ESMFlow, the same flow-matching recipe applied to ESMFold.
